Melavì apple juice is made with apples grown using integrated production methods in the province of Sondrio. The apples are cold-pressed and the juice obtained is filtered, pasteurized then bottled immediately to maintain its top quality organoleptic characteristics. It has an unmistakable aroma due to the particular attention paid to selecting superior quality apples and the fact that it is produced without the addition of water, sugar and preservatives. The juice is bottled in 1 litre or 250 ml glass bottles, or, for larger consumption, in 5 or 3 litre bag in box containers.
